Sex therapy is a private non-judgmental safe place for a consultation between a licensed psychotherapist and an individual or people in intimate relationships who want more meaning, empowerment, and fun in their life. Sex therapy is for individuals and couples who want to regain confidence and connection, even when previous sex and relationship therapists have failed. Sex therapy is for people who express themselves through traditional lifestyles as well as those who are exploring new ways of expression.

Sex therapy is for you if you want new information, and if you want to explore who you truly are sexually in a world that is exploding with change. Sex therapy is for you if you want more intimacy, ecstasy, joy and laughter. Sex therapy is for people who want to be respected for their individual and unique expressions of sexual identity, gender, lifestyle, profession, and choice of sexual expression. Sex therapy is for you if you want to reduce shame and guilt, and if you want to have extraordinary self esteem!

Sex therapy for individuals and couples is talk therapy either over the internet or in person with a specially trained licensed psychotherapist. There is no touching in the therapy room. Knowledge is the first and best way to understand sex and relationship dynamics. Feeling the deep and core emotions is the root or our work. Using specialized neurologically based technologies like EMDR and Havening, you and I work together to help heal sexual and emotional wounds. We provide information and discuss specific skills to increase sexual awareness.
